Our Goal

At Students for Sustainable Urban Planning, we seek to provide a platform to discuss and promote the importance of sustainable urban planning on a local and international scale. We seek to use this as an opportunity to raise awareness about innovative strategies and projects being used to shape cities into environmentally friendly, efficient, and equitable places through properly researched articles. We believe that by showing the most diverse efforts in urban planning from any part of the world, we will be able to motivate discussions of how cities can evolve to meet challenges like climate change, population growth, and resource management. ​

We seek to emphasize sustainability in urban development: the way it can educate its readers on how cities can be resilient, inclusive, and better for the next generations. Whether with green infrastructure, innovative public transport, or community-focused urban design, we aim to share insight into solutions that can help transform cities across the globe into thriving, sustainable centres.
